"If there are no plans to change this trend in expenditure and revenue, public debt would reach 100 percent of GDP by 2019. "If the growth of debt faster, this can happen very soon," he said via e-mail to The Malaysian Insider.

Mohamad Ariff explained when the government fiscal stimulus measures to face global economic krises where it is used for infrastructure development there is a need to reduce the civil service, which is the basis Putrajaya expense management. He said the Malaysian public service - the largest per capita in Asia Pacific according to the OECD - an increase of 23.3 per cent in 2007 operating budget to 33.1 percent in 2010, rose to 41.6 percent in 2010 if pension payments are included.

Leader of Al-Qaeda, Osama bin Laden (pictured) is believed to have died on December 13, 2001 due to kidney disease, but the government the United States (U.S.) and the British government is believed to conceal his death to continue the war on terror, according to a newspaper yesterday.

The newspaper said President Pervez Musharraf during his Pakistan told CNN television stations in the U.S. in January 2002 that bin Laden had died of kidney failure a few months after a terrorist attack in New York.

The statement was made after the newspaper Al-Wafd in Egypt memnyiarkan a report on December 26, 2001 that a group of prominent Afghan Taliban announced that Osama was buried on December 13, 2001.

"He (bin Laden) had serious complications and died. He was buried in Tora Bora in a funeral attended by 30 Al-Qaeda fighters, close friends of his family and friends from the Taliban.

"Based on the traditions of Wahhabism, no indication is made on the graves Obama," according to press reports.

The theory claimed that bin Laden had died made earlier this year when former U.S. foreign intelligence officer who now serves as a lecturer at Boston University, Professor Angelo M. Codevilla said, all voice and video tapes alleged to be Osama's never convinced viewers, "said the professor.

He said the man's face appears in a number of video does not look like Osama.
